IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • What is your shipping policy?
    Currently Equine Country New Zealand will only ship to addresses within New Zealand, including outer islands. We do not ship internationally. For the majority of orders we have a flat rate $5.80 shipping fee, $10.90 for rural addresses, and outer islands. For bulky items additional fees may apply. As courier companies do not ship to PO boxes we recommend you provide either a residential or commercial shipping address when placing online orders.
  • What is your dispatch policy?
    In most circumstances your order will be dispatched from our store in Te Aroha. Most courier companies charge based on weight or size, generally what is bigger. Just in case we have run out of the size or product that you want and if we have to send your order directly from supplier we’ll pay any additional freight cost. If you’re ordering more than 1 item and the combined weight (or size equivalent) is more than 25kg. we reserve the right to charge additional freight. From time to time we might offer freight specials, or even free freight. These offers will also be based on 20kg.
  • What do I do if my article is damaged or didn't arrive?
    If your article is damaged upon arrival or not arrived at all, please notify us at feedgaintags@gmail.com or by phone on 07 884 81880. There is only a small window of opportunity for us to be able to claim for missing parcels with courier companies. Failure to notify us in the above time frames may result in no refund.
  • What is your return policy for online purchases?
    We guarantee a money back refund if you are not 100% happy with your purchase. Products will need to be returned to the Equine Country New Zealand store in Te Aroha, in their original condition and packaging and with Hunt n Cast New Zealand's packing slip. Notification of a return needs to be made to feedgaintags@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt by you, and we will let you know the address where the products need to be returned. Once we have received the goods and ascertained that they and their packaging are still in a condition that they, can be resold for the full original retail price, you will receive a full refund less any courier and packaging charges. Any courier costs you incur to return products to us will not be refunded unless we have made an error. Courier costs are generally non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages unless we have made an error. ​ Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for any products listed on the site www.equinecountry.co.nz once the product has been used or tampered with, or if the packaging has been damaged to the extent that the item is no longer sale-able for its original full price. If there are any product defects found on receipt of your order, then it may be returned to us for an exchange or a refund at that time. Please e-mail us or call us to let us know the problem. We will inform you of what needs to be done to arrange the refund. You must make notification to us within 5 days of receipt. ​
  • What is your returns policy for in-store purchases?
    Please contact our store for it's return policy on store bought products. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags still attached and in a resalable condition.
